Commercial Front-Load Driver (Class A or B)
JOB SUMMARY

The Front-load Driver operates a front load truck, servicing customers along an established route in the manner and sequence determined by Texas PRide Disposal. Driver will transport loads to a designated receiving site (transfer station or landfill). The Driver is responsible for operating the front load truck safely at all times, staying current and in compliance with all governmental regulations pertaining to trucking and waste operations. Drivers are expected to be respectful to coworkers and management and will provide courteous, professional service to all customers.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to work at designated time in company uniform and with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 
- Ensure the assigned truck is fully-fueled, safe to operate and that the required paperwork is on board before leaving the yard.
- Collect the route as outlined in the fleet routing software and document changes, problems (using company provided camera and/or note the route sheet), etc. on route sheet. 
- Record time in the fleet routing software at each customer stop.
- Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspection, makes sure the cab is clean and the Vehicle Condition Report (VCR) is turned in.
- Work and drive productively and safely and behave in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Must be available for scheduled shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Responsible for and required to track personal DOT compliance, (i.e. daily hours of service) and to report immediately to the supervisor if in danger of being out of compliance.
- Report any moving violations incurred during work hours to the supervisor at the end of the shift.
- Responsible for and required to report any personal moving violations or accidents to the supervisor within 72 hours.
- Responsible for maintaining a valid Medical Card and a valid Driver’s License.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Preferable previous experience safely operating front-load trucks;
- One year of related medium or heavy truck driving experience and/or specialized training;
- Demonstrate excellent heavy truck driving skills;
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Ability to independently operate commercial motor vehicles;
- Ability to perform basic math functions; and
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports, required logs and records and other business-related documents.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Valid Class A or Class B  Commercial Driver’s License
- Record of safe driving for the past five years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations
- A valid Medical Card

Rolloff Driver (Class A or B)
JOB SUMMARY
The Roll-Off Driver operates company vehicles while servicing containers and is responsible for complying with local, state and federal regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to work at designated time in company uniform and with required personal protective equipment (PPE). 
- Comply with all company and department policies and procedures. 
- Operate assigned company vehicles to service containers.
- Ensure that the assigned truck is fully-fueled, safe to operate and that the required paperwork is on board before leaving the yard.
- Record and communicate route information via handwritten or electronic means.
- Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspection, as required by company policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Complete and submit a daily Vehicle Condition Report (VCR).
- Report any incidents that occur during work hours to the supervisor no later than the end of the shift.
- Responsible for and required to report any personal moving violations or accidents to the supervisor within 72 hours.
- Work and drive productively and safely and behave in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS- At least one year of related medium or heavy truck driving experience
- Available to work scheduled shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends
- Excellent heavy truck driving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
- Ability to demonstrate proficient use of onboard electronic technology within eight weeks of hire date
- Ability to understand and execute work orders communicated via onboard technology
- Ability to read, write and speak in English sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and make written entries on reports, required logs and records and other business-related documents
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS- Valid Texas Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
- Record of safe driving record for the past five years, as shown on a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), with no serious accidents or traffic violations
- Valid Medical Card or the ability to obtain one

Residential Driver (Class A or B)
JOB SUMMARY
The Residential Collection Driver will operate a Rearload truck and deliver loads to designated landfills, transfer stations or recycling centers and empty the Rearload truck.  This position will operate the Rearload truck in compliance with all governmental regulations pertaining to trucking and waste operations and will provide courteous, professional service to all customers. Supervisory responsibilities include leading one or two helpers when assigned, conducting orientation, training and re-training helpers as needed and coordinating and directing the work of the helpers.

Helper
JOB SUMMARY
A Route Helper assists the Rearload driver to ensure the route is run efficiently, productively, and safely at all times and in compliance with all applicable governmental regulations pertaining to trucking and waste operations.  This position will provide courteous, professional service to all customers.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to work at designated times in proper company uniform and with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 
- Assist in examining route sheets, identifying new stops and stops not on route.
- Assist driver with reading notes from Residential Manager and/or Dispatch and discusses daily work as needed.
- Assist in the collection of the route as sequenced on the route sheet and/or fleet routing software, noting sequencing problems or changes and recording them on fleet routing software. 
- Ensure the truck is clean and well-maintained before leaving the facility.
- Work productively and safely and behave courteously and professionally.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Ability to perform basic math functions;
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and to read, write, and understand written and spoken English
- Available for shifts scheduled on weekends or holidays.

Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service  Representative I provides service to customers on the phone and in person, creates and maintains customer accounts and enters customer work orders.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls from assigned queues, follow through with resolutions in a timely manner, and make outbound calls as needed.
- Create new accounts and maintain existing account information within the database.
- Enter payments and assist with basic billing questions, including entering auto-payment information, and sending notice of expired or declined credit cards.
- Enter customer work orders as requested and perform data entry for associated service charges as needed on customer accounts.
- Resolve issues as they arise with accuracy and professionalism and perform necessary research to ensure informative communications for effective resolutions.
- Transfer calls to assigned individuals and departments and escalate calls to supervisors appropriately.
- Review and respond to personal voicemails and e-mails within a timely manner.
- Provide professional support to sales, operations staff and other internal constituents as needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings on a regular basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or its equivalent;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- Strong customer service orientation; and
- Basic computer application skills.
- Preferred, English/Spanish speaking and/or previous call center experience.

Diesel Mechanic
JOB SUMMARY
The Mechanic performs maintenance on all company assets, overhauls minor components and replacements and assists all mechanics, mechanic helpers and technicians with electrical, hydraulic, computer diagnostics.  This position also assists technicians with major overhauls on major components, performs scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and responds to service and road calls. 
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when and where required.
- Perform preventive maintenance or repairs on company assets according to work pending reports, VCR reports, PM schedules, and the direction of the Maintenance Team.
- Document repair operations and time-tracking in accordance with company procedures. 
- Requisition parts as necessary.
- Perform failure analysis and reporting findings to maintenance management.
- Ensure work area is clean and neat.
- Maintain service truck readiness including safety equipment, tools, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Assist co - workers with diagnostics and repairs.
- Comply with company safety policies and with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Report immediately any safety violations and correct unsafe acts or conditions.
- Conduct technical inspections and document findings.
- Maintain repair order documentation to include repair description, parts used, and repair times.
- Perform monthly inventories as required.
- Must possess own tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
