Service Details for Cypressdale:

• Garbage Collection Guidelines:
  • Service days: Wednesday & Saturday
  • Have waste curbside by 6:30 am
  • Garbage should be placed in the Texas Pride Disposal cart with the black lid.  Additional waste should be placed in personal cans between 20 and 95 gallons and under 50 pounds, or bags under 50 pounds.
  • Yard waste should be in personal cans between 20 and 95 gallons and under 50 pounds, or bags under 50 pounds.  Branches should be tied and bundled under 4' in length and under 50 pounds, or neatly stacked in clear, individual piles not measuring more than 3' x 3' x 3'.  Limit 8 bundles per service day.
  • Two heavy/bulk items will be collected every service day.  Heavy/bulk items include furniture, appliances, and other items not disposed of on a regular basis.
  • Up to 8 bundles of carpeting will be collected each service day.  Carpet should be tied and bundled under 4' in length and under 50 pounds.

• Recycle Collection Guidelines:
  • Service day: Saturday
  • Have recyclables curbside by 6:30 am
  • Recycle should be placed in the Texas Pride Disposal cart with the gray lid.  Additional recyclables should be placed in old recycle bins or containers clearly labeled RECYCLE.
  • Recyclable items include paper products, cardboard, paperboard, waxboard containers, aluminum and tin cans, plastics #1-#5, #7, and glass bottles and jars.  A detailed list of recyclables can be found here.
• Account Information:
  • Residents must have an account in good-standing with Texas Pride Disposal to receive service.  Accounts that are past due will not be serviced.  To avoid suspended service, payments must be made no later than 48 hours before the payment due date.  If payment is made within 48 hours of the due date or after the due date, please contact Texas Pride Disposal to immediately reinstate services.
  • Service is billed quarterly.  If you prefer to pay monthly, you may request this through Texas Pride Disposal.
    
  • Payments can be made by auto-draft through a credit card or bank account, mailing a check or money order, paying online with by credit card or bank draft, or by phone.  There is a $5.00 charge for phone payments.
  • Invoices can be set up to be mailed or emailed.  A $2.00 charge applies to mailed invoices.
