Damaged Trash Can Information

Is your trash can damaged?  Follow the instructions below and we will be in touch shortly.

For Texas Pride Disposal-provided black carts or bins:
Please include a description of what is damaged and a photo of the damage if possible.

For resident-owned containers:
Please include a description of the damage, a photo of the damage, and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.  Containers older than six months old will not be replaced.
